Info
Just Like Art School drawing sessions when possible involve a dressed model in various everyday contexts, referencing the televisual, filmic or occupational. Rather than draw a semi-nude model draped across a chaise, you’ll be more likely to draw a noirish, Hitchcockian villain, or a melancholy Hopper-esque figure staring into a coffee cup. When not drawing from a model, we will be concerned with objects that reference the figure’s absence, such as objects that appear to have been temporarily abandoned, implying a vague narrative.
